First things first, are these children gorgeous or what! They were great little models. Their mom wanted simple 8x10 horizontal face shots for her living room. I love the simplicity of the concept, it really keeps the focus just on each child and their cute little personalities and faces.

The "E" family

I got together with some friends to do their family pictures. The wife is a successful local photographer, which is always a little more intimidating, but also a great thing because she knows what it takes to get a good picture! So they had no hesitation about pose kissing for a couple minutes straight or lying in flowerbeds next to the road! I love it! It also helps that they look like models posing as a really gorgeous family!

I had to include this one because it just makes me laugh! Sometimes a 2 year old has just had enough! And you can't blame them! I love this sassy little girl (you can see more of her with my daughter in the previous post, they are cute little friends).

The cutest model ever....

A friend of mine here has a daughter just a bit older then Aubrey and is a great photographer, so we've been meaning to take our girls out for a while and have a little photo shoot. My daughter is not the easiest subject to say the least. But she actually did better then I thought. She has yet to master posing, or smiling, or looking at the camera, or staying still, but she did do a good job of staying in one spot (but not actually staying still within that spot) and she let go of her blanket for the pictures, two big steps I must say!
